Hi everyone - below is the South Canterbury team for IRXC 2018 in Nelson. Congratulations to all those selected. Apologies for any spelling mistakes in advance. Please let me know any omissions or errors ASAP. If you haven't done so already, now is the time to confirm travel details etc with Odette and singlet and t-shirt sizes etc. There is still a great deal of organisation to be done for the entire team - 65 athletes which I believe is our biggest ever team for travelling and we will have over 100 including friends and family staying at the Motueka Top 10! Training remains on Mondays 5.15pm at the Soundshell, Thursdays 5.15pm at Ashbury Park and Sundays at various locations as sent out previously. The results from last Sundays race were really good with many running faster or about the same as they did on the course last year and we still have 6 weeks in which to keep improving and we know everyone will also step up even more on Race Day.
